ナカさんによる”中の外遊び”、NAKA OUTDOORS スタートです！
サイクリングやシーカヤック、スノーシューなど、八ヶ岳エリアで楽しめる外遊びを、初心者から丁寧に指導してもらえます。自転車や道具のレンタルもありますので「とりあえず一度体験」してみてはいかがでしょう。小学校高学年から参加できます。

８月に、カヌー体験会もあります。
サンメドウズの湖での、「日本一標高の高い場所でのシーカヤック」だそうです。

シーカヤックは私も一度体験しましたが、波のない湖で、綺麗な景色の中でぷかぷかのんびり浮いているのは気持ちいいですよ！
